I have spent more than twenty years in commercial roles in travel tech, media and marketplaces, most recently as Commercial Director at a global experiences platform. I have built and led sales and account management teams across Europe, the Middle East and APAC, leading 11 offices from London in the West to Sydney in the East.
My work has always sat at the intersection of performance and people. I care about results, and I care deeply about how those results are created. My approach combines clarity on goals and expectations with empathy, honest feedback and a strong belief that people do their best work when they feel trusted and seen.
Today I split my time between leadership coaching and advisory work, entrepreneurship, and supporting leaders who want to grow in a sustainable way, without burning themselves or their teams out.
